Jessica Carrino, Owner
As the second-generation owner of Sparks Tire & Auto, Jessica Carrino grew up in the shop, watching her parents build a legacy of quality and service. Today, she continues that tradition, turning her childhood passion into a thriving career. In recognition of her leadership and commitment to excellence, Jessica was honored with the 2023 Female Shop Owner of the Year award and the 2024 NAPA Auto Care Center of the Year award.
Jessica is dedicated to providing top-notch automotive care while ensuring the family values that define the business are passed down through generations. Her success is built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a deep love for the industry.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud wife and mom to a daughter who’s not only passionate about all sports but is also making a name for herself as a standout soccer star. Whether running the business or cheering from the sidelines, Jessica's heart is always with her family.
Greg Damon, General Manager & Lead Service Advisor
Greg brings decades of automotive industry experience — and a true passion for customer service — to his role as General Manager and Lead Service Advisor at Sparks Tire & Auto. Greg’s career started at just 15 years old, and he’s been raising the bar ever since. In 2023, he was honored as the AAPEX Service Advisor of the Year, a testament to his dedication and leadership.
Greg is also a familiar voice to many as the longtime host of the KMOX Auto Show, where he’s spent over 20 years helping listeners navigate everything from car repairs to industry trends.
When he’s not leading the team or hosting on air, Greg loves spending time with his wife and two sons. Whether cheering from the stands at a football game or applauding from the audience at a musical theater performance, Greg’s favorite role will always be "Dad."
Jacob Dickerson, Service Advisor
With over five years of experience in the automotive industry, Jake knows that great service starts with great communication. As a Service Advisor at Sparks Tire & Auto, he’s committed to making every customer feel confident and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
When he’s not helping customers keep their vehicles in top shape, Jake enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young daughters. Whether he's playing video games or building forts with his kids, Jake brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his family life as he does to the shop.
Connor Aubuchon, Technician
Connor brings precision, discipline, and a strong work ethic to every job — skills he honed during his time serving in the military. Now, as a trusted Automotive Technician at Sparks Tire and Auto, he channels that same dedication into keeping vehicles running their best.
When he's not under the hood, you’ll probably find Connor at the gym lifting weights, spending time with his wife, or daydreaming about his ultimate dream ride — a classic 1995 Ford F-150. Known around the shop for his reliability and good humor, Connor is always ready to tackle a challenge (or recommend a great workout routine).
Austin Gregory, Technician
Austin combines automotive know-how with a passion for helping people — skills he sharpened during his years working at a major auto repair retailer before joining the Sparks Tire and Auto team. As an Automotive Specialist, Austin is the go-to guy for finding the right solutions and keeping customers’ vehicles in top shape.
When he’s off the clock, you can usually find Austin gaming, hanging out with his family, or daydreaming about cruising in his dream car — a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4. Around here, he’s known for his easygoing attitude, deep car knowledge, and maybe a few strong opinions about the best video games of all time.
Will Davis, Technician
With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Will brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the Sparks Tire and Auto team. As an Automotive Specialist, he’s passionate about helping customers keep their vehicles performing at their best.
Outside of work, Will enjoys casting a line on a quiet day of fishing, and he’s also a creative spirit — making custom shirts and candles in his free time. A proud father of two grown children, Will is all about family, craftsmanship, and chasing big dreams — like someday getting behind the wheel of his dream car, an Aston Martin.
Ashton Morgan, Technician
Ashton is a skilled automotive technician with over four years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles. Known for his strong work ethic and mechanical intuition, he brings both precision and passion to every job he tackles in the shop.
Outside of work, Ashton enjoys working on his own cars, often taking on custom projects to expand his skills. He's also an avid gamer, anime enthusiast, and fisherman. In his free time, you’ll often find him restoring and building classic BMX bikes—a hobby that speaks to his appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Ashton takes pride in delivering quality work and helping customers get back on the road with confidence.
